Describe who you are, when and where you took the photos, who is pictured in them, and what you thought of the event.
The best way to send photos to PIBBA is to scan the images (see scanning tips below)
and email them as attachments to images@pibba.org.nz or burn the scanned images onto a CD-rom and post to
PIBBA, 22 Fergusson Street,
Mangere, Auckland, New Zealand
If this is not possible then please post PIBBA the photos
Note: PIBBA will take great care in the handling of your photos and great care returning them to you, so don't forget to include your return address
Photos are unique and often irreplaceable. So please be aware that there is always the possibility of your photos being damaged or lost during transit, which PIBBA cannot be held responsible for.
PIBBA strongly advises sending electronic copies.
Scanning Tips
For Email:
Please scan your photos at a resolution of 300 dpi
and save them as a high resolution (80%) jpg files
(if you don't know what that means, look at your scanner software help for settings)
For CD:
Please scan your photos at 600 dpi and save them as tif or png files
Your images will be processed for the web and published to PIBBA.org.nz in a wepage,
recognising you and your artistic achievement, (so send a photo of yourself if you'd like to) and we'll let you know when they're online
